Product Application
The hydraulic wall pressure and the universal press machine are combined into one, so that one device can take care of the bottom pressing of different shoe types. The wall pressure is suitable for dragon boat bottom shoes, casual shoes, sports shoes, flat shoes, etc. The universal type is suitable for women's sandals, high heels, men's and women's leather shoes, long leather boots and other wedge-shaped shoes.

The swing structure is connected with the pressing rod seat, when machine is running, swing structure pull and push the seat correspondingly the pressing rod will rotate and change its position to make it convenient for taking out or putting in the shoe model.
There are pressing rods of front one and rear one, to fit for different shoe last the latter is installed with screw adjustment device, while the former has replaceable pressing head. Their height is self-adaptable for different shoe last.

Brief operating proc
Brief operating procedures of sole attaching machine
1.Power cable should be connected on socket meet ECC standards with magnetic switch of 380v.
2.Please fill 90-100 litters of 68# or 46# hydraulic oil into oil tank.
3.switch on main power, then turn on pump switch, then select mode, then adjust pressing time.
4.Put the shoe last in the large seat properly, then adjust relevant component properly.
5.To adjust distance between front and rear rod, adjusting distance between top and bottom part of the rear pressing head by screwing the rod.
6.Step the pedal switch or press the two green button at the same time to start the machine for pressing operation.
