Nylon 6 DTY

Highsun is a professional manufacturer of textile yarn, recycled nylon 6 and recycled nylon yarn. Its nylon DTY is a stretched Textured Yarn, taking POY as the raw Yarn, and is stretched, false twisted on a elasticizer simultaneously. After deforming and heat setting it presents as a crimped Yarn.

DTY(Draw textured yarn) is a finished yarn that is continuously or simultaneously stretched and deformed on a machine through the DTY yarn process. DTY yarn is mainly used in weaving & knitting of fabrics for making clothes, home furnishings, seat covers, bags and many other uses.

•Fine fleeciness and elasticity.

•DTY has periodic network points, improving the yarn tightness and the weaving performance. It can be divided into HIM, SIM, and NIM.
