How to get the super password if forgot the login password?

Double-click the lower left corner of the login dialog box as admin. A dialog box appears.

Note down the serial number and then contact us for a temporary and super password. Log in with the temporary password and then reset your password.

How to download the Web plugin (ActiveX) ?

Close your web browser when the installation starts.

Disable the firewall and close the anti-virus program on your computer.

How to set the NVR when it only display some cameras and no resouce for others ?

Set the camera to encode the sub stream, and decrease its resolution to D1. Set the NVR to use the sub stream first for live view.
