WORKING PRINCIPLE OF CNC LATHE

The vertical turning center is based on the CNC vertical lathe with an added set of automatic tool changers. A tool magazine is set at one end of the beam, when the tool is changed automatically, the tool post returns to the tool magazine change position, and the ram moves down to the tool. Take the tool point from the library, use the manipulator to send the used tools back to the tool library, and at the same time take out the tools needed for the next process from the tool library, then enter the next machining cycle.
