Glass Filled PTFE Gaskets

PTFE filled products by PTFE resin filler, after mixing, pressing and sintering after secondary processing. This product not only maintains the original characteristics of pure PTFE plastic, but also improves the hardness, creep resistance, abrasion resistance, compression strength, bending strength, thermal conductivity and dimensional stability.

Features of Glass Filled PTFE Rod, Glass Filled PTFE Sheet

Major improvement performance

Glass fiber improves compression strength, stiffness, wear resistance, reduce cold flow, resistance to organic solvents

Filler

General filler: glass fiber, MoS2, graphite, copper, silicon dioxide

High performance filler: polyimide, cargon fiber filler, polyphenyl ester and polyphenylene sulfide.

Main products

All kinds of piston ring, a guide ring, sealing ring, bearing, bearings, hydraulic valve block, guide rail of machine tool, meachanical seal.

According customer's requirements or drawing, the largest processing diameter is within 2 meters.

Usage of 15 Glass Filled PTFE and 25 Glass Filled Teflon Products

Electrical insulating parts, seal gasket, no adhesive material, wire insulation sheath, pipe for corrosive fluids.
