Sibai provide hundreds kinds of end caps for LED lighting customers. These end caps are made mostly from EN AW 5052, EN AW 6060, 1.4301 and steel. The Aluminum end caps need to be sandblasted and anodized. We do environmental-friendly zinc plating, based on DIN 50979, such as DIN50979-Fe//ZnFe8//Cn//T2 for steel end cap. The quantity of these end caps are from hundreds to thousands of pieces. Some customer directly sells these end caps in the market after they receive them from us. So, the key of these end caps are finished products and perfect packaging.

Generally speaking, our customers can give us specific packing requirements. For example, we need to pack 2 pcs of end caps and 4 pcs of screws to be 1 set. We will put 2 pcs of end caps into a bigger plastic bag, and 4 pcs of screws into 1 small plastic bag. Then we will put this small plastic bag with screws into the bigger plastic bag. In this way, it can avoid the end cap damaged by screws. Finally, we will put the Label markings on the bigger plastic bags. After that, it is completely finished and perfectly packed.

All these end caps look simple, but the processing is not easy. The most complex and difficult is the anodizing processing. To control the color consistence of the anodizing, we get the original matching profiles from customers. We use the color of these matching profiles to check and control the anodized color of these end caps. If the colors are too much different, all these end caps we have to scrap, or rework. So, we pay more attention to find the right way to control the anodizing color consistence. Now we make anodizing color card to check each batch before delivery. It really helps us a lot to improve the anodizing color consistence.
