A wide range of high quality flame fused quartz tubes for lamp industry can be found in Quartz Link. Manufacturers of high pressure halogen lamps, medium pressure ultraviolet (UV) producing mercury and metal halide lamps as well as the low pressure UV lamps would find the high transmission QL110 series an ideal material because of its full range of options with the OH content ranging from 2ppm to 50ppm. If a very efficient UV transmittance in 253.7 nanometres is required but a deep UV radiation is undesirable, QL120 series, known as 'ozone free' fused quartz tube, will be suitable. A doped quartz material is available as QL130 series for UV-sensitive high temperature applications. Quartz sleeves are fabricated in Quartz Link for the usage in both UV and infrared (IR) systems.
