The SOLID STATE microwave GENERATOR Series is an air-cooled, solid state, microwave generator power from 100W up to 1000W at 915MHZ2.45 GHz.

This solid state generator uses the latest and most powerful high frequency transistors, enabling breakthrough performance in modern solid state microwave technology. The SOLID STATE MW GENERATOR intelligent microwave system integrates a dynamic frequency tuning capability to minimize the ratio of reverse to forwarded power between 900 to 930 MHz (2400 to 2480 MHz). As opposed to other systems, The SOLID STATE MW GENERATOR controls output frequency based on the users desired set point with 1MHz resolution. Robustness of the design is increased with built-in circulators and passive loads to withstand 100% reverse power condition and forward and reverse power monitor signals.
