Our SMT section has 12 fully Automatic high-speed production lines, which are all ROHS-compliant, the equipment including the Screen Printers, the Chip and IC Mounters and the Reflow Ovens etc. Besides, we have 2 MI production lines, one is for ROHS-compliant soldering, and another for non-rohs soldering. The equipments for these MI production lines including wave soldering machines and the ICT testers etc. The procedures are DIP, Touch up, Testing and Assembly.
