Seller issues Draft Contract 3. Buyer signs and seals Draft Contract and returns it to seller 4. If no changes are required, then the Draft Contract becomes the Final Contract 5. POF x POP – bank to bank by swift 6. Buyer opens the bank instrument to seller's bank in 7 banking days or the contract will become null and void 7. After PB is seated in the buyer's confirming bank (top 25), Seller's bank will activate the banking instrument. 8. Delivery and shipments will commence according to schedule as agreed in the contract 9. Payment will be released to the seller upon negotiation of shipping documents at seller's bank. Payment Acceptable: MT 103/23 On receiving your correct & proper ICPO Seller to send sales contract & on signing Seller will provide with the copy of BL & SGS Certificate and vessel name as well as ETA Indian port |
