1.Use, Scope of use and feature

This press is a special pressing device and can be widely used all kinds of pressing industries. In machinery industry, it can finish blanking, bending, correction, precision pressing and punching in forging process.

The press has all purpose in use, simple in structure, assembly operation and auxiliary equipment and its price is very lower, so it can be widely used in pressing shop, forging shop and die forging shop for machinery manufacturing, auto, tractor aviation and also does pressing work of refractory material.

The press has the following characteristics:

a. The frame has good strength and big table's surface, so it can meet the high energy requirements of common forging, and also can meet the frame steel requirements of precision forging.

b. Can brake the whole stroke, and has big the moment of brake.

c. Has a slip flywheel-type friction overload safety device.

d. Adopts machine, electric and compression air combination operation, its action is sensitive and reliable, and can pre-select blowing energy and blowing times, realizes single blow.

e. Increase a service platform in order to adjust the device conveniently.
