Product description:
It is mainly used in the melting, rapid quenching or thrown belting process of Rare earth permanent magnets NdFeB , hydrogen storage alloy, nickel base material, high temperature alloy etc.materials under the condition of vacuum or inert gas filling.
Main configuration:
1 Vacuum casting chamber

3 Cast slice device: water cooling roller, roller surface cleaning device,
4 Cooling and receiving system: water-cooling plate and mixing mechanism, etc.
