Argireline, also known as hexapeptide, is a non-toxic and skin-penetrating anti-wrinkle peptide. It is a synthetic peptide specifically designed to provide excellent anti-wrinkle and anti-aging benefits.The primary mechanism of action of Argireline is to reduce the formation of wrinkles by inhibiting the release of neurotransmitters at neuromuscular junctions, which are the points of connection between nerve endings and muscle cells that transmit neurotransmitters. Neuromuscular junctions are the connection points between nerve endings and muscle cells, and they transmit signals by releasing neurotransmitters to control muscle contraction and relaxation. When too much neurotransmitter is released, muscles contract excessively, leading to the formation of wrinkles. And Argireline effectively inhibits this process, thus reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
