Feature ● Agricultural-use-Huge Film Production Line Lay-flat width of film from 6m to 12m, productivity can be designed according to customer’s requirements from 600kgs/hr to 1200kgs/hr. Film also can be designed as single-layer, double-layer, three-layer subjects to customer’s needs. It is unnecessary to change screw even in the condition of changing different materials. Materials to be used: LDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE, EVA and other materials which can be used for blown film. ● Film thickness: 0.03~0.30 mm Lay-flat film width: 6m, the max. output: 600kgs/hr (it depends on materials) Lay-flat film width: 12m, the max. output: 1200 kgs/hr (it depends on materials) ● Extruder is equipped with screw Diameter: ø 85 m/m: single extruder can produce 320 kgs/hr Ø 100m/m: single extruder can produce 450kgs/hr ● The quantity of extruder should be chosen depends on requirements of productivity. Every production lines can be equipment with 3 sets extruders at most.
