Alloy Bake Furnace

Alloy bake furnace is a special drying and dewatering equipment for ferro-alloy. It can heat the alloy materials to a certain temperature and meet the requirements of steel-making process. The device adopts steel structure of furnace body and the baking furnace (bin) is arranged in the structure frame. The lower part of each baking bin in radial direction is evenly arranged three burners. The upper part of the feed mouth is installed with pneumatic gate valve and packed by crane. The middle part is the alloy furnace charge baking bin. In the bottom, The preheated alloy material is sent into the weighting trolley's hopper of bottom frame by vibrating feeder which is hanged in the steel frame. The feeding weight will be shown by weighing trolley at the bottom of the hopper.

It needs to adjust constituent alloy for LF refining. At the same time, it has low sulfur content requirements after refining the molten steel. There may be desulfurization process. So it is necessary to refine slag and adjust the slag composition during LF refining.

When adding slag and alloy material in ladle furnace. It needs to set required weight for bin. After confirmed the set value, bin vibrating motor running fast, then the materials coming out. If it close to the set value, turn vibrating feeder to slow running automatically, and vibrate alloy material to weighing hopper Slowly. If it reach the set value, vibration motor stop automatically. After confirm the MMI picture, the feeder will drop the materials into the lower weighing hopper by vibrating. Open the weighing hopper valve and vibrating feeder to drop materials. Materials will be sent to the receiving hopper above the LF furnace side through belt conveyor. At the same time, opening the gate valve, slag material and alloy material will be added into the package through receiving hopper chute.
