AT230 THERMAL CYCLING TESTER


Application:
AT230 Thermal Cycling Tester is designed according ISO and ASTM standard requirement; it's mainly used to check the leakage status of composite pipe & fittings when subjected to specify cycling times under specified internal pressure load. It's widely used in plastic pipe manufacture factory and some Labs.

Features:
1. Temperature control system
1) This control system equips separate temperature detector for cold water tank, hot water tank, header pipe input nozzle, header pipe output nozzle. Take 6 working as sample, there should be 16 pcs detectors
2) Main machine temperature control range: 10℃~98℃
3) Independent temperature detector to monitor sample room temperature
2. Pressure control system
1) Equipped with 16-byte A/D transverter to collect pressure
2) The pressure sensor range is 0 ~ 1.6MPa, display resolution reach to 0.001MPa

3. Water flow control system
1) Each work station equipped with a flow meter
2) The resolution of flow meter reach to 0.01m/s and 16 byte A/D transverter for water sampling

4. Communicate system
1) 16 pcs electromagnetic valve controller to control water input and output
2) 4 pcs electric parts to control the circulating pump
3) 4 pcs electric part to control heating and cooling system
4) One electric part to control water supply

5. General features
1) High temperature and high pressure only exist in the sample and short piping, that all the electric parts in circulation line work at normal pressure to attain a long service life.
2) Lockable transparent folding doors make samples installation more easily and allow easy access to all samples from three sides.


3) Testing control and monitoring of individually station takes over PLC and touch screen terminal.
4) Individual circulation time, flow rate and pressure can be selected.
5) It provides test constancy as regards to temperature, pressure and flow rate as well as lowering the energy consumption.
6) Several reliable safeguard, liquid level measuring devices, emergency stop switch and cord switch ensure the tester to be out of action in time if the test fails or piping system bursts. Doors shall be locked during testing period.
7) Pre-stress system was introduced to apply the initial tensile stress. This system is optional.
8) System enables pressure calibration and temperature calibration during testing, it means that system may continue running during calibration.
9) High quality grundfoss pumps are used to provide press in sample strings. Automatic water filling design ensures full tank capacity during the whole time.
