Automatic UHT (Ultra Heat Treating) tubular sterilizer
Capacity: 2,000~~10,000 Liters/Hour
i.e. 2000L/H UHT with one set 250B or 250S or 200S Aseptic brick filling machine (6000 or 7500 packs/hour);
3500L/H UHT with two sets of 250S Aseptic Brick Filling Machine (6000 packs/hour);
7000L/H UHT with one set 1000B Aseptic Brick filling machine(6000 packs/hour);
Other conditions:
Power supply; Steam supply, Ice water supply, Compressed air supply
Processing technology: i.e. sterilization temperature 137 degree and holding 5 seconds (different as per different filling material)
Generally integrated with Homogenizer: rise up to 65-70 degree and go for homogenization
