The main process of biodegradable disposable environmental protection tableware production is: according to the requirements of the order from sugar cane pulp, bamboo pulp, etc. In accordance with the proportion of mixed into the same customer requirements for the product, the mixing ratio of sugar cane pulp, and bamboo pulp is also different. Firstly, the sugar cane pulp and bamboo pulp are put into the hydraulic pulp crusher according to different proportions and soaked for about 5 minutes, then the hydraulic pulp crusher is started for crushing and the crushed pulp is put into the pulp pool for dilution.

The pulp in the pulp supply tank is pumped through the pulp supply pipe to the forming machine of the disposable environmental protection paper mold automatic production line, where the water in the pulp is removed by vacuum suction and filtration, so that the fibers in the pulp are adsorbed on the forming screen to form a wet embryo. Under the temperature of 230 and pressure of 15 tons, the wet embryo is squeezed out of the water and dried to form semi-finished products.

After shaping, the semi-finished products are transferred to the trimming post, where the excess trim is removed by the trimming machine with a cutting knife.

After cutting the edge, the products such as compostable sushi trays are transferred to the inspection process, where the inspectors inspect the products according to the customer's standard and pick out the products that do not meet the customer's requirements, and the products that meet the requirements are transferred to the disinfection and packaging process, where they are disinfected by the UV disinfection machine.
