Brush/disc skimmer

The skimmer,whose brush assembly and disc assembly can be replaced with each other according to different oils,is suitable for a wide range of oil-spill recovery.It is a multi-purpose machine. Recovery Principle: Discs or brushes of brush/disc skimmer, half submerged in water, continuously rotate and make oil adhere to the brush or disc and carry the oil out of water. The adhered oil on discs or brushes is scraped off by oil waper and flows into a collecting sump, and then the oil is pumped out by the oil transfer pump.Thus,the oil is recovered. Performance Characteristics: 1. The brush assembly is suitable for recovering medium and high viscosity oil, while the disc assembly is suitable for recovering medium and low viscosity oil. 2. The brush assembly or disc assembly can be replaced according to the viscosity of sump oil. 3. High recovery rate. 4. The oil skimmer floats stably and has good wave riding ability and a certain degree of anti-wind ability.
