Calcium Formate (Feed Grade)

Feed-grade calcium formate powder is a calcium salt that includes formic acid, comprising 31% calcium and 69% formic acid. It maintains a neutral pH level and contains minimal water content. When blended into additive premixes, calcium formate does not result in vitamin degradation. Furthermore, in the presence of gastric acid, free formic acid can separate, contributing to a reduction in gastric pH.

Importantly, calcium formate possesses a high melting point, only undergoing decomposition when exposed to temperatures exceeding 400°C. This characteristic ensures its stability throughout the granulation process without being compromised.

As a feed additive, it is suitable for various animals, reducing gastrointestinal pH, and improving the digestibility of feed nutrients.

Avoid to rain, sun, acid and oxidizing substances during the transportation. It's better to be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid to water, damp and away from acid and oxidizing substances. The shelf life is two years since the production date.
