There are three kinds of cassava washing machines used for cassava starch production process: cage type cleaner, paddle type cleaner and cassava peeling machine.

1. Cage type cleaner: With hopper-type feeding structure and the transmission drum structure, it can long distance and counter current wash the materials by performing a circular motion along the wall of transmission drum, also a linear motion along the principal axis, to remove the surface mud and sand.

2. Paddle type cleaner: With multiple mixing blades in the principal axis. Based on bionics principles, integrate of mixing, friction, rubbing, throwing up and impacting to remove the surface mud and sand forcefully.

3. Cassava peeling machine: Mainly consist of motor, transmission and rotary brush with compact structure and beautiful appearance, great peeling effect, high production efficiency, which could efficiently promote product quality. With two motors, one for driving the brush roller with rotary brush to remove the pieces of peel from the raw materials without any broken, another one for driving the central axis with counter vane to guide the peeled materials from the feed port to the discharge port, meanwhile along with water coming out of shower pipe and get the materials wet, make them easier for peeling and washing.
