Ceramic Core Injector
The Ceramic Core Injector is engineered specifically for operation with thick viscosity, abrasive mixtures used to produce complex, high quality and high precision ceramic cores, ceramic parts and metal injection molding patterns.
The machine introduces advanced technology at home and abroad, it features easy maintenance and fast material changeover.
It is a C-Frame, practical and saving space. With PLC control system, the injection pressure, injection time and dwell time can be controlled automatically. Electric components are imported or joint venture products to ensure the whole machine will runs long time and steadily. Reliable safety protective system promises the operator in a safe environment.
