Application:

1. This machine professionly applies to inner bag & outer envelop together packing for drip coffee, tea leaf , herbal tea, health tea, plants and other coarse granule packing.

2. Drip coffee also named as lug coffee, earhook coffee, brewed coffee, follicular type coffee,etc.

Technical Advantage:

1 .Outer envelop forming was controlled by step motor to ensure envelope size .

2. Accurate temperature is controlled by PID .
3.The whole working cycle logic and quality control are achieved by a Siemens PLC.

4. Machine parts that coffee will touch is made of SUS304 stainless steel , guaranteeing food safety and health.

5. Some air cylinder parts are imported from developed country, bringing more stable and precision function.

6. Additional device of this machine can do flat side cutting ,date printing and making easy-open mouth of bag.

7. Ultrasonic sealing and heatsealing can allow straight line cutting and save room for inner bag to reach 12g bag volume.

8.Nitrogen filling device , date printer and stirring device can be installed to this machine if need.
