CHOPPING STITCH BONDING MACHINE
RS1-F chopped stitch bonding machine is used to process glass fibre fabrics. The fabrics will be applied in sports equipment, automotive body and ship body, etc. The glass fibre from the creel stand is cut by a chopper device, which is behind the stitch-bonding machine(the length can be set in advance). The length of glass fibre after being cut is transferred to a stitch bonding machine for knitting through a conveyor belt. The slitting device equipped with the machine make the fabric cut according to different width.
