Details of Clad Plate Coiling Service

In the process of coiling processing, the plate surface damage should be prevented. The parts with severe scars must be polished to make it smooth transition, and the wall thickness of the grinding shall not be less than design wall thickness. Firstly, bend the two ends of the clad plate, then adjust the roller bed pressure and roll it into one coil shape two to three times. You can weld welding grooves of the clad plates as per requirements. Before welding, the oil, dirt and rust around the weld shall be removed before welding. 100% Ultrasonic Test shall be performed after welding till qualified and determined by ultrasonic detection.
