Overview

CPC is a very important control part in the strip production line. If there is no such system or there is a problem with this system, the strip of the production line will deviate and eventually lead to strip breakage and stop production.

CPC strip steel automatic center position control system can detect the control object in the production process by using the principle of electromagnetic induction or photoelectricity. For the position of the strip steel, we can use the electronic circuit to amplify and process the position signal of the control object, and then use the PLC, control cabinet, hydraulic control and other parts to realize the center position control of the control object by adjusting the position of the guide roller.

The CPC strip steel automatic center position control system is divided into two types of systems based on electromagnetic induction and photoelectricity, namely the electromagnetic strip automatic center position control system and the photoelectric strip automatic center position control system.
