Hepatitis C virus (HCV) is a global infectious pathogen that can cause acute and chronic viral hepatitis. The Hepatitis C Virus PCR Diagnostic Kit is a high sensitivity real-time reverse transcriptase (RT) polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test intended for the detection and quantification of HCV specific RNA in human serum and plasma.
