1. Coarse sharpening with 360 grit: for a blunter knife/blade

Place the blunter knife/blade on the 360 grit diamond side as an angle of 10 - 30° with a moderate pressure, sharpening back and forth will lead to the best result.

2. Find sharpening with 600 grit: for maitenance

A necessray step for knife honing and maitenance. Place the knife/blade on the 600grit diamond side, and reference the first step.

3. Cleaning

After sharpening, clean the knife sharpener with wiper or water and the knife sharpener with a soft brush or a damp cloth.

Caution:

1. Never sharpen the serrated knives/blades.

2. To avoid any accidents, the knife sharpener should be away from children.
