Various hoses play important role in engine working. Accumulating much experience in serving aftermarket and OEM customers, SDZ supplied OE quality engine hoses noted for durability to wide vehicle models. We focus on the design and development of parts of engine cooling system of vehicle in cooling, fuel, braking, transmission, intake, and exhaust system.

Our Development Path in Hose Product Lines

According to layout and functional requirements for different hoses, our engineers have professional knowledge about basic performance and process of the lines. We are capable of selecting accurate design and analysis methods. We are doing our car AC engine hose pipe and automotive coolant hose to embrace a new era in electric-powered transportation.

SDZ moves on improving tube processing accuracy and manufacturing efficiency all the time. Starting from 2021, we cooperate with domestic customers in energy storage lines, to make efforts in thermal management systems for the power batteries of energy vehicles. We are doing our automotive heater duct hos and custom EGR tube to embrace a new era in electric-powered transportation.
