Etelcalcetide
依替卡塞肽是一种新型拟钙剂 （CalcimeticAgent），专为通过静脉给药接受血液透析治疗的慢性肾病 （CKD） 患者而开发。AMG416 与甲状旁腺结合并激活钙敏感受体，导致甲状旁腺激素 （PTH） 水平降低。FDA 批准新型拟钙剂维拉西坦用于治疗成年血液透析患者的继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症，这是 12 年来第一种获批用于治疗透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的药物。接受维拉西坦治疗的中度至重度甲状旁腺功能亢进症血液透析患者的 PTH 水平显著降低。
