The lid and base are all glued, and with the vacancy between boxes, the inner box can achieve the best moisture control. So, your products can be delivered in the best state.
This kind of box has high frost-resistance and zero heat preservation for no air in board. Thus, your food in boxes can be frozen within a short time. Freezing time can be reduced for 30%-50% depending on pack condition and freezing plant.
1. It consists lids and bases, bases are leak-proof
2. The raw material of our boxes is food grade paperboard, and inner box painted a layer PE coating, which can be contact directly.
3. Boxes can be fold flatly to save storage space and transport cost.
4. The specification of lids are 58(length）x 38(width）x 15(height）cm and bases are 57(length）x 37(width）x 15(lenght）cm
5. The load capacity is 25kg
