Haiwn textile digital ink-jet printing series products are used for industrial textile production. It combines fast printing speed and elegant design at a suit, and almost the same level of production cost with traditional textile printing, make the digital printing production to become a reality. The whole process without plate-making and pretreatment process, direct print and dry immediately. As high as 5760 * 1440 dpi resolution and 5color and 6color printing selection, provides a more lifelike design quality.
HAIWN-S500 is very reliable, and is equipped with the garment mould, ensure garment transportation stably; perfect design for ink system and nozzle moisturizing device, ensure continuity of production and spray print quality. It can realize no fade washed by water even without pre-treatment and post treatment.
HAIWN-S500 is applicable to all kinds of different thickness of fabric, with professional color separation software to realize printing directly in cotton, hemp, silk, wool, nylon, polyester artificial short fibers and single or blended fabric, etc. Widely used in clothing, footwear, bags, leather products, household textiles, outdoor textiles, car interior, flags and banners.
