The characteristics of Heating and Cooling Circulator

The entire liquid circulation of Heating cooling cycle (50℃~300℃ ) is airtight, with expansion containers. No matter the temperature of the liquid circulation is high-temperature or the temperature of the media in the low-temperature expansion containers lower than 60℃, the expansion containers and liquid circulation is adiabatic, not involved in the liquid cycle, but the mechanical connection.

The whole liquid circulation is a closed system, no water vapor absorption at low temperature, no oil mist at high temperature, for the heat conduction oil has a wide range of working temperature. There are no mechanical and electronic valves in the whole circulatory system.

Wide range of operating temperature with heating refrigeration function. The maximum temperature range is between -50℃~250℃.
The controller with 2 LED displays can display both the temperature setting and the actual value, as well as the over-temperature alarm value. It has the features of efficiency and fastness, and also easy to fill the liquid. To ensure the rapid cooling at high temperature, it can continuously control the temperature at 250℃ to -50℃.

The circulation management is completely closed, without oil mist and water absorption, which ensures the safety of experiment and the life of heat conducting liquid. The refrigeration adopts the American Goulen compressor and circulating pump, stable and reliable.

It has the function of self-diagnosis, overload protection of chiller, high pressure switch, overload relay, thermal protection device and so on. The temperature of heat conduction medium is controlled and the whole cooling process adopts the same heat conduction medium. The high-lift pump meets the needs of the long-distance transmission of heat conduction medium.
