Product Introduction

The Hi-flight conveyor has been widely used and promoted in the grain terminal, grain depot, oilseed crushing plant, flour mill plant, feed mill plant because the overall efficiency attributed to energy-saving and low consumption is becoming more and more evident in the horizontal transport of grain.

Characteristic Features

1). Bottom of the Chain conveyors, as well 3/4 of side walls, as well as input, intermediate and head output hoppers, are covered/lined with a AR steel liners, or polyurethane liners.

2). Chain conveyors are equipped with factory mounted high density polyethylene plastic flights and grain return cups.

3). Inspection and maintenance door on head are supplied.

4). A complete high quality set of El. motor (as Siemens or similar) with drive (reducer as SEW, or similar) is supplied along mounting frames and substructures, with safety guard and mounting brackets.

Speed Control Relay of the boot drum and/or belt is supplied.

5). Delivery of chain conveyors should be in a form of preassembled head with electric motor and drive, factory assembled tail with tensioning system and factory assembled body sections, with factory preassembled heavy duty chain with flights.

6). Inspection and maintenance door on head are supplied.

10). All parts, as a head, a tail section and a body sections are proposed for on bolts and nuts.
