- Shape: long oval
- Shell: strong, tough & no white spots
- Length: 2-3cm
- Round diameter: 0.5-1.5cm
- Moisture: 13.5% max
- Admixture: 1% max
- Color: brown or green brown
- Seeds are agreeable aromatic & pungent
- Well dried & no fungus
2. WEIGHT, PACKING & LOADING QUANTITY
- Weight & packing: In PP bags or carton boxes
- Loading quantity: 10 tons per container 20 feet
