Hot dip galvanized welded wire mesh

Hot dip galvanized welded wire mesh is made of high quality low carbon steel wire through
automatic digital controlled welding equipments. It is welded with plain steel wire, then hot
dipped galvanizing after welding. The finished products are level and flat with sturdy structure,
it has well erosion-resisting and rustproof properties.
Applications:
It is very popular in breeding industry: Can be made into various animal cages or fences for
breeding with its excellent anti-corrosion property. The zinc coating offers a kind of decorative
outlook with its flat surface.
With first-class anti-corrosion property, it is widely used in mine sieving industries as sieving
screen. The low carbon steel wire for making of hot-dipped welded wire mesh offers flexibility
that can be made in many further fabrication applications.

mesh with sturdy structure, which ensure the welded wire mesh products from our factory are

Zinc Coating Line:
We have Hot Dip Galvanizing Line for welded wire mesh in rolls and Hot Dip Galvanizing Tank
for welded wire mesh panels. By using 99.0% pure zinc, the procedure of hot dip galvanizing
after welding makes the welds is completely protected from the abusive environment, and
moreover, it makes the welds stronger

Roll Width: 24inch, 36inch, 1Metre, 48inch, 72inch, or 84inch
Roll Length: 100feet or 150feet
