Description

HY301# epoxy resin is the most widely and largest quantity needed ,It is used by two components, r esin and curing agent, with the mix ratio of 2: 1 ( Resin : curing agent 2: = 1) . Particularly suitable for the Insulation of mica material, epoxy glass steel insulating boar d and the reinforcing material. Because of its moderate viscosity, It is particularly suitable as a glass steel anti-corrosion lining material hand lay up method, such as for : large cement tank, storage tank, tank iron requirements of anti-corrosion. With room temperature curing agent , easy Operation by hand, and the glass cloth firmly stuck in the lining material surfa ce, the formation of epoxy glass steel anti-corrosion layer. So it is widely used in chemical factor y,winery, sewage treatment device corrosion occasion. HY301 epoxy resin is suitable for the preparat ion of solvent free or less solvent coating, strong anti-corrosion ability , small environmental po llution.

Operation instructions

1. Clean the Surface of your products, make it clean and dry,

2: evenly mixing the resin and cure agent at ratio of 2: 1,

3 Brush the mixed resin on the surface of your products evenly , and then put a layer of Fiberglass , then brush a layer of resin , then repeat the ways above.

Warm tips :

1 It is forbidden to pour back the material into the Original packages even it is unused ;

2 construction to be dry and well ventilated space, Far away from the fire source;

3 stored in a cool dry place,Far away from light , and close the packages well .

4 Don't contact with skin or eyes , Otherwise clean the skin with scrub, and wash with plen ty of water and go to hospital in necessary
