Applications:
This machine is for both knurling and feeding. The knurling and feeding machine is to increase the binding force of aluminum profile and barrier in grooves where the thermal barrie r strip goes through. The knurled grooves increase the friction force between thermal barrier strip and aluminum profiles.
Features:
1, The vertical movement of knurling is electrically controlled, which makes cha nges of different profiles easy, fast, and stable.
2, Film coating support frame and clamping unit are available. Strip feeding can be achieved when knurling.
3, The two knurling heads can be vertically controlled by separate motors, and h and wheels as well.
4, Taiwan HIWIN linear rail and Schneider electrical appliance are adopted for s table performance.
