Working principle of plate-frame filter press The broken starch slurry flows through the filter cloth and the solid remains on the cloth to form a filter cake. With the increase of the filter resistance of the plate and frame press, the thickness of the filter cake becomes larger and larger, and more and more water is filtered out. The longer the filtration time, the higher the separation efficiency.
