Manual bitumen sprayer is a machine specially designed for construction and curing of asphalt road surfaces, which is widely applied in operation, such as transport and distribution of high-temperature liquid asphalt, emulsified asphalt, and modified asphalt.

The manual bitumen sprayer spraying capability is automatic at a uniform flow throughout the whole length of the spray pipe at the set flow rate to field requirements. The entire asphalt contact area from spray tank through to the spray pipe has a convenient clean-out system with good temperature preservation function. The main fittings and structural component adopt most advanced technology and much evaluation.

Main Features of Manual Bitumen Sprayer

1. The structure is compact, mechanical transmission is applied to the asphalt pump, and power is outputted through PTO, to be transmitted to the asphalt pump by making use of the belt.

2. Aluminum silicate beat preservation material is packed outside the asphalt tank for heat insulation, typical of good heat preservation performance, while chassis exhaust gas heat preservation is applied to the asphalt pump, to fully achieve energy conservation.

3. The operating system is simple in structure and easy for operation.
