Nicotinamide riboside chlorid( NR)
烟酰胺核苷氯化物是烟酰胺核苷 （NR） 的氯化物盐形式。NR 是维生素 B3 的一种新型吡啶核苷，可作为烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸 （NAD） 或 NAD+ 的前体。烟酰胺核苷氯化物是烟酰胺核苷 （NR） 氯化物的结晶形式。烟酰胺核苷氯化物增加 NAD[+] 水平并激活 SIRT1 和 SIRT3，最终增强氧化代谢并防止高脂肪饮食诱导的代谢异常。烟酰胺核苷氯化物用于膳食补充剂。
烟酰胺核苷参与烟酸和烟酰胺代谢。烟酰胺核苷最初被确定为牛奶中的一种营养物质，后来发现是 NAD（+） 前体。 烟酰胺核苷 （NR） 是一种天然存在于人类饮食中的维生素 B-3，可作为 NAD+ 前体，被认为可以改善线粒体功能和胰岛素敏感性。NR 通过激活 NAD+ 依赖性 sirtuin 酶家族发挥作用，从而调节氧化代谢。NR 补充剂的体外实验表明其成功的 NAD+ 恢复能力以及随后骨骼肌细胞中氧化基因表达的增加。体内小鼠模型的结果表明，胰岛素敏感性和氧化能代谢有所改善，包括代谢灵活性增强、有氧运动能力增 加以及线粒体生物发生改善的迹象。
