We are producers and exporters of a superlative quality Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil called San Bartolomeo obtained exclusively with our own olives. All our production is certified organic (NOP) under the supervision of the Mediterranean Institute for Certification (accredited from USDA). To guarantee the origin and authenticity of our product directly from our own plantation in the Umbria region known as the“green heart of Italy” all the olive oil production is offered with the certification of “traceability”. The traceability refers to the whole range of production, from olive growing to bottling, included the critical intermediate stage of pressing
