3. Q: Can the machine be washed down?
A: Yes, you can wash the machine by water.But please pay attentions that don't wash the electric parts. And shut off the power before washing.
4. Q: If we need your technical service, how do you solve?
A: If the machine works failure, please contact me first. Email me and send picture or video to show the problems. I will give customer solutions. If that still doesn't work, we will send technician to customer site for machine check. (Daily Maintenance and repair)
