. Step One: Take 100g of part A and add 2g of part B and mix the silicone rubber and curing agent evenly.

Step Two: vacuum pumping

Without exception, this step takes less than 10 minutes.

Note: The time for vacuum-pumping should be less than 3—5 minutes ,otherwise, once the silicone rubber ha s cross-link reaction during vacuum pumping process, it will not be operated.

Step Three: Pouring the vacuumed mixture into the original mold slowly,

8~10months, when stored in a dry & cool place under the room temperature 25.

Why the silicone pad did not absorb ink?

Any silicone pad or liquid silicone rubber could absorb ink well. If large patterns or big letters n eed to print, the printing pad can absorb ink well. For small letters, please do not use hard silico ne pad, as it can not absorb the printing ink thoroughly from the steel plate.
