FEATURES

1. Optimized structure and full-closed sound-proofing design ensures low noise level.

2. Cutting chamber is made of high rigidity material and processed by CNC machine. It has the features like high intensity, super wearability, no contamination, long service life and easy for maintenance and repairing.

3. The cutting chamber structure is “fixed plus rotating blades”, the space of which is large enough to grind thick walled objects and sheet.

4. Paddle blades with increased cutting design allows good cutting effect.

5. The cutters are made of imported high quality steel featuring wearability, high rigidity and reuse after sharpening.

6. Equipped with presetting knife jig, rotating blades can be adjusted in the fixture outside the machine instead of machine inside. It makes blades adjustment much easier.

7. Cooling water device at the rear plate of the cutting chamber can effectively cool down the cutting chamber and prevent materials from melting-up.

8. Equipped with electrical current relay, motor overload protector and multiple safety devices, to ensure safe operation.

9. Optional regrind conveying system to convey materials automatically to greatly improve efficiency.

10. Optional dust cyclone separator can effectively remove the air from regrind and facilitates material collecting.

APPLICATION

OG-FS series is suitable for centralized recycling of waste and rejected parts form injection, blowing molding and extrusion lines. This series features compact design, easy operation and quick blade replacement. Gradually inclined cutting and integrated power design offers a better cutting effect and a lower noise level, ensures low energy consumption.
