APPLICATION

OVM Vertical Mixer is mainly applicable in the mixing of large quantity of plastic materials like raw materials, masterbatch and recycled materials. OVM can not be used to deal with plastic powder and all kinds of foods, chemicals, and inflammable, explosive and volatile materials.

FUNCTIONAL SCHEME

To achieve the aim of mixing material, screw blades are used to generate vortex. Materials are sucked towards mixing screws at the center of hopper bottom by vortex, the materials whirl upward to the top and fall down in the form of umbrella, it works in such a recycle, so that the evenly mixing can be fulfilled in a short period.
