Polyester spiral dryer screen is an important auxiliary accessories for paper machine dryer section as one of the world's most advanced drying, filtration materials.Polyester spiral drying cloth can be divided into small ring, medium ring, large ring according to single ring size.
The mesh belt was manufactured according to Finland product standards which has stable quality and long work life.Instead of paper machine drying cloth and dry blanket,the Polyester spiral dryer screen were widely used in the production of cardboard, kraft paper, corrugated paper, train ticket, single double-sided white paper, and also used as belt conveyor equipment in food and coal mine industries.
The polyester spiral dryer screen was made of high viscosity polyester chips, processing wire, enjoys unique properties after weaving and heat setting.
1, acid resistant, alkali resistant, wear resistant, high temperature resistant,non-toxic, service life is several times than woven dry blanket, canvas and general dry mesh.
2, smooth mesh surface ,high tensile strength, good air permeability, high heat transfer efficiency,can save energy for user.
3, convenient installation, interface Print-free, strength can achieve 100% of normal mesh.
4, Widely used in papermaking, printing and dyeing, environmental protection,mineral separation , food processing and many other industries, meanwhile round wire or flat wire can be filled inside to adjust air permeability so that the mesh can meet the technology demand well.
