How To Use potassium oxalate monohydrate wholesale:

Take 10g of potassium oxalate, add a little distilled water to dissolve, and then add distilled water to 100ml. Prepared as a 10% aqueous solution, if 0.1ml is added to each tube, 5~10ml of blood will not coagulate. Generally, if the amount of blood is small, it can be prepared into a 2% solution. For example, adding 0.1ml to each tube can make 1~2ml of blood not coagulate. The concentration of potassium oxalate is required to be 1-3 mg per ml of blood sample, and generally corresponds to 2 mg per ml of blood.

Potassium Oxalate Precautions

Potassium oxalate is used in blood collection tubes as a blood anticoagulant and cannot be used for differential counting of white blood cells and platelets in blood cells.

Drying of the blood collection tube sprayed with potassium oxalate needs to be performed below 80 °C, otherwise the potassium oxalate may be converted into potassium carbonate and the anticoagulation effect will be lost.

Oxalate can inhibit the activity of lactate dehydrogenase, acid phosphatase and amylase, so it should be noted.
