Prototype Part Features

Our company usually uses the following four methods to manufacture the first board: CNC Prototypes, 3D Printing,plastic prototypes, Vacuum Moulding, Prototype Plastic Moulding and Prototype injection Molding. If you design a product just to verify the structural feasibility of the product, we recommend that you give priority to the cost and cost of using 3D printing. Time is the lowest. If your product requires specified materials but does not require high accuracy, use Vacuum Moulding. If your product requires high material and product accuracy, it is recommended to use Prototype CNC machining. If the product requires high and large quantities. We recommend using Prototype Moulding.
