Notre unité de traitement des produits de la mer destinés à la congélation se trouve au sous-sol de notre établissement, déjà agréée pour le traitement du poisson frais, situé dans la zone extra portuaire de tantan port, au maroc. - Superficie totale de 630 m2. - Approvisionnement en eau potable, en électricité, avec un réseau d'assainissement branché directement à l'égout principal et loin de toute source de pollution et de contamination. L'espace de travail comprend les activités de traitement, d'éviscération, de lavage, de congélation, de conditionnement et de stockage des produits de la mer.

CAPACITE DE PRODUCTION : 20 tonnes/jour (poisson frais)= 14 tonnes/ jour (congelés)
